ANAYCHAY want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and service.

We will make every effort to follow up your order until its arrival, and inform properly any event that may delay the delivery. 

We ship from Peru (Peruvian postal service Serpost) and From France (French postal service La poste) depending on the article.
Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price. Shipping will be automatically calculated and added to your order during the check out.
The delivery of your order will be made at the complete address stated in the order that you have placed.
We take 2 to 4 days (Monday to Friday) to process your order and ship. During sale and peak periods this may take longer.

Shipping times : Estimated times are to be used as a guide only, not being binding. 

ANAYCHAY being a slowfashion brand, we do not work with express courrier.  We thank you for your patience and commitment to consume in a more sustainable way and for supporting emerging brands like ours that are trying to reduce their planet contamination.

When you live in France (metropolitan), if the article you order is in our French stock : your delivery will take approximately 4 working days from the date of shipping. When it is shipped from our Peruvian stock, your delivery will take approximately between 2 and 3 weeks from the date of shipping.

When you live in Europe (EEC except Metropolitan France), if the article you order is in our French stock : your delivery will take approximately 1 week from the date of shipping.  When it is shipped from our Peruvian stock, your delivery will take approximately between 2 and 3 weeks from the date of shipping.

When you leave outside of the European Community or in the French Dom-Toms, if the article you order is in our French or Peruvian stock, your delivery will take approximately between 2 and 3 weeks from the date of shipping.

ANAYCHAY being a slowfashion brand, if you order a « Conscious Pre-Order » article which is NOT in stock as it is a pre-order, we remind you that the production time of this personalized order lasts approximately 4 weeks. Then, you have to add the shipping times specified above.

Through your « Conscious Pre-Order » we thank you for your patience and commitment to consume in a more sustainable way and for supporting emerging brands like ours that are trying to limit their stock and reduce their planet contamination.


Important : Please, be aware that international shipments might have additional fees (like taxes, duties and customs fees) once the shipment reaches your country. ANAYCHAY cannot predict these charges as the Customs Authority of your destination country sets them. 

You are responsible for paying all additional charges, when asked by your local authorities. Contacting your customs authority, post office may help to know the tax-free import threshold or calculating any eventual additional fee.

In case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, ANAYCHAY reserves the right to charge you both depart and returns shipment costs, as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

If any purchased item is not in stock, ANAYCHAY will inform you as soon as possible, making reasonable efforts to reach you. In this case, ANAYCHAY will give you the option to remove the item from your order and continue with checkout, modify the order, or terminate the agreement free of charge. In the case of termination, we will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 15 days after termination. 

The carrier will make one attempt to deliver your order to the address stated. If you are not in, your order will be left to the nearest post office during 10 days. If your order is not picked up by you, it will be returned to ANAYCHAY. If this happens, ANAYCHAY reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for return shipping, administrative costs and/or any compensation of damages.

If your parcel looks in bad shape and shows signs of damage when it arrives please, state the nature of the problem to the carrier, check inside the box if the order is complete and send the carrier a photo of the damaged parcel. In paralel, Contact us within 24 hours sending us a photo of the damaged parcel and we will contact the carrier for solving any issue on our side too.

ANAYCHAY will not be liable for:

  • Any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes
  • Any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure (any act, event, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control).
  • Acts of the transport companies used for making the delivery of its products at any time; and lost packages during national and international transit.
  • Any Currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies. If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately. Please, state the nature of the problem and attach a photo of the faulty item.
